This hotel is perfectly positioned about 7 hours from Calais. The perfect place to stop en route to skiing in Le Park Escrins. What the hotel lacked in room luxuries was far outweighed by the ease of use, staff friendliness and immediate proximity to the motorway.
Bathroom was outdated and of a poor standard but useable for a one night stop.

Good restaurant on site. Location close to the business I was visiting. Clean. Attentive and friendly staff. Free water bottle every day. Walk path nearby. Supermarket nearby.
Noise insulation from room to room or corridor to room poor for most rooms.

Very good value breakfast- alot of choice and very nice.
I was given a smoking room- I am a non-smoker. My room smelled of stale cigarettes. I thought the smell would go by opening the window, but it didn't. I did not have time to change my room.

Was really only a etap/premier classe type hotel. In a rather an out of the way place on the outskirts of St. Egreve and several miles from Grenoble.

We had a room and the breakfast was good.
This based on our experience so may not be relevant for the rest of the hotel. However. I had booked the room months ago as part of a long road trip so all we needed was a room with two clean beds which we got. The room we had was off an access to a staff only area and behind another door which opened against ours. It was rather like a 'make do' room since it was cramped and dark. There was a kettle which was wired in with no way of filling it the bathroom while clean had a shower head that didn't attach to the wall holder and fell out; the sink unit had more than certainly seen better days and the door handle was held on by odd and inadequate screws which didn't really matter since it didn't close anyway. There was a tv on the wall which worked ok though no English speaking ones which I don't mind but it was so high on the wall you nearly missed it and the wardrobe would easily have fallen apart if you got close enough. The receptionist was lovely and I didn't complain since we were very tired and just wanted to sleep and move on but that is how our room was. No doubt the rest of them are good but I have no experience of them so cannot comment.
